Are you ready to lead the growth of our customer support business in Europe? And are you up to the challenge of working in a global network?
Your primary responsibilities will consist of leading the business development of our customer support portfolio (services, spare parts, consulting, DaaS) within Germany and Europe. You will be working within our Gas Equipment Division from Germany with direct report to the CEO in FAS Germany. As part of our matrix organisation, you will also work together with our Group Customer Support Director located in Denmark.
Your responsibilities
- Business development of the Customer Support portfolio in FAS markets
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for customer support
- Accountable for Customer Support P&L in FAS company
- Lead the customer support operational team in FAS (19 employees)
- Be part of a global network in Customer Support
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Your profile
You may have a background as a Customer Service Manager or Head of Customer Support or a similar position, preferably with an international mindset. The most important thing, however, is that you have the ability to adapt to change and lead organisational transformation together with business growth. The VP should be customer-centric, empathetic, and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
We also hope that you are skilled at thinking proactively and communicating with different people.
The ideal candidate:
- Sales / Business development profile
- Experience from Field Service or Industrial Maintenance business
- Continuous improvement and Lean principles experience
- Change Management experience
- German and English fluent
The practical things
Your daily base will be at FAS (a MAKEEN Energy Company) head office in Saltzgitter, Germany. Your working hours will be in the space between 8 am and 5 pm. We are flexible about time, and you will enjoy a high degree of freedom under responsibility. We work with mutual expectation of flexibility in busy periods.
You can start as soon as possible. Salary will be determined according to qualifications.
