CASES: Antargaz-Finagaz, France & LP Gas, Bangladesh (2017)
With the launch of MAKEEN Energy's newsletter in November 2017, another step has been taken towards an exciting future where Siraga works together with Kosan Crisplant, united under a single umbrella. To mark this occasion, we decided to take a look back and honour some of the customers who have stuck with us for a long time.
Antargaz Finagaz: French LPG giants working together
It has been over 40 years since Siraga and Antargaz Finagaz (UGI Group) started working together. Since then, the relationship has grown steadily, and today Siraga services one hundred percent of Antargaz Finagaz' more than 10 filling plants in France.
Most recently, in May 2017, Siraga delivered a Hydraulis palletizing system with no less than 11 bays, with stacking and unstacking units, for Antargaz Finagaz' filling plant in Valenciennes. The replaced palletizer had the commercial name PPC79, referring to the year of our common development of the Pneumatic Palletizer.
The relationship between Antargaz Finagaz and Siraga is more than just customer and supplier. In many ways, it is a partnership. Our two companies cooperate in the testing of machines, as well. For example, together we developed a very successful machin, the sleeve applicator, and Antargaz Finagaz let us use their filling plant for the tests. Furthermore, we also regularly cooperate in optimizing safety following the Machine Directive 2006/42/EU. We continue to grow and learn together, and we are sure that we have many more exciting and mutually beneficial projects ahead of us.
LP Gas, Bangladesh: Four decades of professional cooperation
Siraga's relationship with its customer LP Gas goes back 40 years-That's what we call a long term relationship. The relationship started in 1977, when Siraga supplied a plant for LP Gas in Chittagong. The plant is still running perfectly thanks to the customer's careful maintenance and Siraga's continuous support. Despite being four decades old, all spare parts for the plant's equipment are still available.
LP Gas later wanted to modernise their plant in Bogra, in the north east of Bangladesh, with a new electronic carousel. With Siraga's expertise, we found the solution that was the optimal combination of performance and affordability.
In late July 2017, LP Gas placed another order for a second plant in the year of the 40th anniversary of the relationship - a great milestone, and a sign that this fruitful cooperation is alive and well.
