Then we are looking for you! As an HR Specialist (m/f/d) at MAKEEN Energy, you will work conceptually and strategically and also lend a hand operationally. At FAS in Salzgitter, you will be part of a small team that supports you with tasks related to recruiting and onboarding. Globally, you will be involved in the collaboration with the other HR managers of the MAKEEN Energy Group, where we exchange experience and knowledge and coordinate the entire global processes.

FAS, Flüssiggas-Anlagen GmbH in Salzgitter, Germany, was founded in 1975 as a trading company for liquefied gas appliances. The products developed by FAS are manufactured on state-of-the-art machines by qualified and efficient experts and are subject to a very extensive quality assurance system. Today, FAS is part of the MAKEEN Gas Equipment Division of MAKEEN Energy.
Your primary areas of responsibility
We are a passionate, small and communicative team with the common goal of taking recruiting to the next level. In doing so, we work in a networked manner and are in close contact with our national and international departments.
- Personnel marketing: Together, you will design the right mix and implement suitable measures with the team – from recruiting events and (university) school cooperations to online and social media activities.
- Recruiting: You share your knowledge, advise and train departments and conduct interviews independently. In addition, you will observe current recruiting trends and bring them into the group.
- Onboarding: With your already established relationship with future colleagues, you enable individual training through your active contribution to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: As part of employer branding, you will develop our employer brand and pursue the goal of making MAKEEN better known as an employer with appropriate measures.
- General personnel administration: e.g. employment contracts and attachments, A1 certificates, GDPR processes, ongoing updates and information on personnel policy, as well as support of the organization in questions regarding personnel law, pension provision, insurance, etc.

This is what makes you special
- Degree: You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources, psychology, business administration or a comparable education.
- Professional experience: You already have 3 – 5 years of relevant professional experience and would like to further develop both yourself and our recruiting together with us.
- In addition, you have good market knowledge and find creative ways to get the right applications.
- Your soft skills: You take the initiative and take responsibility, are team oriented, have strong communication skills and a proactive, structured way of working
- Technology knowledge: You are familiar with MS Office products and are not afraid to introduce new IT systems with us.
- Language skills: German & English
