Contract Coordinator – Perafita, Porto, Portugal

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure interface and communication between the company and the client on all contractually stipulated topics;
  • Plan production and maintenance activities;
  • Issue and distribute the Monthly Service Provision Report;
  • Support the monitoring of compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and the execution of work orders;
  • Participate in the identification and assessment of hazards/risks and environmental aspects/impacts;
  • Locally manage the company's Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management System;
  • Ensure knowledge and dissemination of standards and procedures;
  • Manage the needs for Personal Protective Equipment, safety data sheets and labeling of chemical products, containers and labeling for waste, uniforms, consumables and spare parts associated with the contract;
  • Encourage and ensure the recording of all occurrences, non-conformities, incidents and work accidents, including those that may trigger a Serious Accident;
  • Promote hygiene and safety conditions in the workplace, as well as the existence of the necessary means for operational control and emergency response capacity;
  • Ensure control of significant environmental risks/impacts and implementation of the respective operational control measures (e.g., chemical product control, waste management, occupational medicine, legal compliance, consultation with workers, actions to prevent major accidents in their area);
  • Ensure the recording of monitoring results (environment and safety) and implementation of the respective corrective and/or improvement actions;
  • Collaborate in identifying training needs.

Your profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar fields (mandatory);
  • At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance Management;
  • Experience working with continuous improvement methodologies valued);
  • Flexible working hours;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Resilience and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.

The practical things

Your daily base will be in Perafita, Porto, Portugal. Your working hours will be in the space between 8 am and 5 pm. You can start as soon as possible.
