Valve opener/closer VOC for screw valves
Automatic in-line in chain conveyor
The electronically controlled valve opener/closer VOC is an independent unit designed for in-line installation in a chain conveyor. This VOC is fully automatic and primarily equipped with one screw head for opening or closing cylinder screw valves. The VOC can be installed as a valve opener before a filling carousel or a valve leak detector, and as a valve closer after a filling carousel or a leak detector.
The screw head comes with a customised adapter for a given screw valve that perfectly grips the screw valve during operation. The VOC can be configured to open or close screw valves with a preset torque through a pneumatic motor.

The unit is compatible with MAKEEN Energy's Industry 4.0 Digital Solution, which enables data capturing of the process for remote supervision, performance optimisation, and predictive/preventive maintenance alerts through e.g. a MAKEEN Energy cloud solution (optional).
