We deliver unmatched expertise in maintaining and optimising the performance of your machines and provide on-site teams with experts in the specific machines.

With over 20 years of experience in operations and maintenance of LPG filling equipment, and decades of design and engineering, we know exactly how to tailor a package to your Maintenance Strategy and risk tolerance. Our services are not limited to MAKEEN Energy products – we also service your other equipment such as pumps, compressors, fire fighting systems, and more.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
An AMC is a non-resident contract based on inspections and sensitive condition-based, corrective maintenance. If your plant runs smoothly and you only need inspections at regular intervals, you should consider an AMC. It is our most basic service package, where our MAKEEN Energy experts visit your plant every year (the number of annual visits will be agreed upon with you), focusing on visual inspections to identify the most apparent issues.
Preventive Maintenance Contract (PM)
Like an AMC, a PM contract is a non-resident arrangement with the addition of planned maintenance and prediction of issues. With our PM package, we employ Time-Based Maintenance, which means planned service schedules to mitigate wear and tear on your assets, as well as preventing hidden failures. It may include predictive maintenance, depending on your needs.
Facility Management (FM)
In this model, we fully operate the LPG facility on your behalf. On the maintenance side, FM gives you an expanded version of FS by integrating Total Productive Maintenance principles with operational planning. By doing that, you enable alignment of production and maintenance. You can read more about Facility Management on the following pages.
Facility Service (FS)
A resident maintenance contract with the full scope of maintenance! Our FS provides a higher level of operational assurance and responsiveness. FS delivers comprehensive on-site support with a resident team, which means quick responses to any issues, minimising downtime, ensuring smooth operations, and maximising your assets' availability. Furthermore, FS combines all the previously mentioned maintenance types with continuous improvement methodologies.
Both FS and the following Facility Management and Asset Management agreements are under a resident service model, which means that MAKEEN Energy assumes full accountability for all maintenance functions, including the maintenance planning, system (CMMS), and reporting.
Asset Management (AM)

This means you can reach the full potential in terms of safety, maintenance, and overall efficiency. Furthermore, our MAKEEN Energy EAM Cloud system and IoT Gateway provide comprehensive asset performance oversight. With this, you can make informed, data-driven decisions about your assets based on real-time data. It is all about using data to make smarter decisions about your assets.
