Repair
When a simple fix is all you need
If a machine breaks down or fails to perform optimally, we can repair it to restore its full functionality. The condition is that the components to repair the equipment are not obsolete, which may be the case for older equipment. In addition, we usually only recommend repairs if the equipment still meets your required production capacity and has an estimated remaining lifespan of at least 5 years.
Upgrades
Increased capacity and efficiency
Technology is always evolving, and sometimes the equipment that you have relied on for years is no longer competitive. If this is the case, we offer to bring your equipment back up to standard, either by integrating new features, updating software, or replacing components with a newer version. This can include changing the controller units to the latest version, adding bar-lifts to palletisers, adapting machines to suit new cylinder, valve, or pallet types, and much more.
It can also be a case of new laws or updated standards coming into effect, meaning that your equipment needs an update to remain compliant — we make it happen.
