At MAKEEN Energy, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient energy solutions worldwide. As part of our continued growth across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Region, we are looking for a Service & Installation Supervisor to join our team.
Your role
You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LPG, NG, SNG, and CNG systems. This position combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and customer engagement, directly contributing to project success and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across assigned projects
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and MAKEEN Energy's operational excellence guidelines
- Supervise and coordinate field teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution
- Perform and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Prepare service reports, track performance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Business Development to identify and support new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the region
- Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of LPG/NG systems
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) and MS Office 365
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Availability to represent MAKEEN Energy at customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events
