From our main offices in Latin America (Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo), you will identify and develop business opportunities and support the commercial team on technical matters. You will proactively engage with customers through visits and ongoing communication to nurture relationships, negotiate contracts, and address any technical questions that may arise.
Your responsibilities
As our new Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to build, maintain, and expand our customer base while driving new business throughout your assigned territory. Our clients include gas companies, specialist gas suppliers, contractors, builders, developers, and local authorities.

Develop strategies to grow existing business, generate new leads, and achieve defined targets.

Promote and sell a range of specialist products for LPG, LNG, NH₃, and Cryogenics.

Arrange appointments, conduct site visits, make presentations, handle customer inquiries, and negotiate profitable deals in line with company policies and business plans.

Gain insight into customer operations, identify opportunities, clarify needs, and offer tailored solutions that deliver real value.

Attend trade fairs as relevant and in alignment with company strategy.

Monitor competitor activity and update our CRM with pricing, product offerings, and market trends.

Participate in internal sales meetings and provide regular progress and workflow reports to management.

Expected travel: approximately 1 month per year.
Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of technical and commercial experience in LPG systems or fluid handling equipment distribution.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Marketing.

Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, with confidence in engaging across all organisational levels.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong overall digital literacy.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Proven track record of meeting sales, profit, and margin targets, with experience in working towards KPIs.

Basic engineering knowledge is an advantage. You will be supported by a strong back-office team for both technical and administrative matters.
