QHSE Assistant (Porto, Portugal)

• Support daily QHSE activities across operations, projects, and customer work.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and relevant ATEX/Ex requirements.
• Handle non-conformances, support root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare QHSE documentation, KPIs, and reports for internal and customer use.
• Contribute to training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness activities.
• Support environmental and continuous improvement initiatives.

We imagine that you have:

Requirements:

• Degree or technical qualification in Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, or similar.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a QHSE or technical role.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (ATEX/Ex is an advantage).
• Experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident management.
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable working close to operations.
• Fluent Portuguese and good English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Your daily base will be in Porto, Portugal. Your working hours will be in the space between 8 am and 5 pm. You can start as soon as possible.
