Job opening
Would you like to help shape the future of our global HR foundation? Are you motivated by translating business needs into smart system solutions and collaborating with colleagues across countries and cultures? We are looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist to support the purchase, implementation, configuration and rollout of a new global HR system.
Once we have a successful, scalable global setup in place, your role will transition into HRIS Superuser & HR Data Analyst, supporting and optimizing the system across the organization.
You will join a team of four dedicated HR professionals. Your closest collaborator will be the HRIS Project Manager, and you will report directly to the Head of Group People & Culture. You will also work closely with the Chief Information Officer, IT, the global People & Culture team, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful, stable, and well‑adopted solution.
Your main responsibilities
As our HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will ensure that the HRIS functionality and design is aligned with global business needs while adapting to local processes and respecting GDPR. During the first 1-2 years of your employment, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Participation in the process of scouting and selecting the right vendor for our business (depending on joining date - the process has already commenced)
- Propose and validate system configurations within the agreed project scope.
- Document configuration decisions and maintain system governance standards and manuals
- Support project planning, testing, data migration, system integrations, and system rollout
- Prepare training materials, facilitate workshops, promote best practices, ensure feedback loops, and follow up.
Over time, you will take on the role as superuser and HR data analyst, becoming the “go-to-person” for all our entities, supporting the implementation of additional modules based on business needs, driving continuous improvements, new version releases, training of new joiners, and building long-term HRIS governance. You will help us analyze organizational trends and provide data-driven insights to improve our HR strategies.
Your profile
We expect you to have:
- experience with implementation of HR‑systems, from A to Z
- experience as an HRIS superuser
- strong technical, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- strong understanding of HR processes
- fluency in English, written and verbal
As a person, you:
- are structured and detail‑oriented, with the ability to keep an overview
- have experience working in a global setup, communicate clearly across functions and cultures, and enjoy collaborating with many stakeholders.
- are curious and eager to understand how the business operates
- bring a solution‑oriented, proactive and positive mindset to your work
