We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Data & Digital Analyst to accelerate our global CI strategy through business intelligence, automation, and process analytics.
You’ll turn data into insight, automate reporting, and help shape smarter, more efficient operations across our multinational network.
Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and data visualisations to monitor performance and KPIs'
- Analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support automation initiatives
- Contribute to automation and digitalisation projects within the CI function
- Collaborate with CI Program Coordinator and IT teams to ensure data consistency and quality
- Track project progress and report results to the responsible of the area
- Help prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations to leaders across regions
- Occasional travel to other hubs and facilities is required
Your profile
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
- Proven experience in business intelligence, automation, or process analytics
- Proficiency with PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools - SQL or Python is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods
- Strong analytical mindset, communcation, and prolbem-solving skills
- Fluent English - addtiional languages are a plus
