What led you to MAKEEN Energy?
I am currently in my second tenure at MAKEEN Energy. My return came about through an invitation from my current area director and general director, who proposed the challenge of expanding, enhancing, and professionalizing the business opportunities of the company’s Portuguese Hub. I was truly honored to be remembered and to receive the opportunity to return to such a prestigious company as MAKEEN Energy.
What skills are important in your role?
The most crucial skill in my role lies in interpersonal relationships. We are the face of the company to our clients and partners; we carry the MAKEEN name and embody the values associated with our product portfolio. Additionally, we have the responsibility to advocate for all our colleagues who contribute to making the company a great company. Therefore, it is essential to create and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
