As an IT Project & Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering cross-border IT programs – primarily within ERP and eCommerce, that drive operational excellence, digital innovation, and business transformation across the Group. Reporting to the CIO, you will ensure strategic alignment between global IT initiatives and business objectives, enabling scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that support growth, competitiveness, and sustainability in an engineered and production-driven environment. You will be a member of the Group IT Management Team, and work closely with the IFS Team in Group IT, and colleagues in Group IT in general on locations in Denmark, Portugal and Sri Lanka
Your main responsibilities
As an IT Project & Program Manager, you will play a central role in driving key digital transformation initiatives. You will chair and organize steering committees, present project roadmap status updates to the Digitalization Board, and oversee the performance of vendors and third-party deliverables.

- Oversee multiple projects within a broader program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Define program-level objectives, manage interdependencies, and optimize resources across projects.

- IFS ERP Implementation Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of IFS Application – from planning and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support - ensuring that the ERP system meets the business needs.

- Stakeholder and Change Management
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, global business units, and technical teams. Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate communication, and lead change management initiatives to support smooth solution adaptation.

- Risk, Budget, and Resource Management
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage program budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Track financials, maintain cost control, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within scope.

- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and implement lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.
Your profile
We expect you to have:
- Project Management Skills with proven experience in leading and delivering complex projects and programs
- ERP Implementation Experience, ideally with IFS.
- Stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, drive user adoption, and lead organizational change initiatives.
- Risk, budget, and Resource Management capabilities, including identifying risks early, managing project budgets, and allocating resources efficiently.
- PMP/PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- You have interpersonal skills to lead global cross-functional teams with the ability to communicate clearly.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to solve issues and make informed decisions.

- Foster collaboration, encourage knowledge sharing, and empower local teams to take ownership.
Your immediate impact will be
In the short term, your primary goal will be to lead an IFS Cloud health-check project and develop the roadmap for migrating MAKEEN Energy companies to the IFS Cloud platform starting in 2026. Based on this roadmap, you will lead global deployment projects of IFS Cloud. In addition, you will also develop a roadmap for implementation of an eCommerce platform in Europe.

The position is a full-time, permanent role. Your place of work will be Alsvej 21, Randers, Denmark. You should expect 25-30 travel days a year.
