Do you have a flair for sales, enjoy working independently, and are able to maintain an overview of internal sales?
We offer exciting tasks and prospects in a sustainable company. As an internal sales representative, you will be responsible for administrative tasks and will independently handle customer inquiries and orders. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company!
Your primary areas of responsibility:
- Independent handling and processing of customer inquiries as well as quotation and order processes
- Maintaining sales data in the ERP system (e.g., master data)
- Preparing quotations and following up on them
- Calculating prices as part of a strong sales team
- Monitoring the entire process through to delivery
- Independent coordination with internal interfaces (e.g., purchasing, production)
- Monitoring payment transactions and providing support with letters of credit and bank guarantees
