We’re looking for Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate a global portfolio of strategic projects that drive operational excellence and transformation across our multinational organization.
As a key player in our global CI network, you’ll work with method specialists and cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver measurable business impact through process excellence and innovation.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate CI and strategic improvement projects across global sites
- Work closely with method specialists to ensure proper application of CI tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Drive identification, prioritisation, and execution of improvement opportunities
- Support global teams, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Track project progress and report results to the responsible of the area
- Travel regularly to our hubs and facilities to engage teams and ensure alignment
Your profile
We imagine that you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's is preferred)
- Proven experience in managing CI, LEan or Six Sigma programs in a multinational environment
- Strong leadership, facilittation, and stakeholder management skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred
- Fluency in English - other languages are a plus

The practical things
Your daily base will be in Portugal. Your working hours will be in the space between 8 am and 5 pm. You can start as soon as possible.
