The telescopic chain conveyor TCC is designed to facilitate manual cylinder loading/unloading operations to/from trucks. It is a safe and efficient way to transport cylinders to the exact loading/unloading point in a truck where cylinders are handled manually.
This TCC consists of an extendable telescopic chain conveyor section, which can be moved steplessly forwards and backwards up to six (6) metres into a truck and parked at a desired positions during the loading/unloading operation. The TCC chain speed and other parameters (e.g. width) can be adapted to the existing chain conveyor system on the filling plant, and it can transport cylinders in both directions.

- Safer cylinder transportation to/from trucks and minimised cylinder damages, thereby preserving cylinder quality and ensuring end-user safety. Preserving the cylinder quality also reduces cylinder repair costs and increases operational reliability (damaged cylinders can cause damages to e.g. filling equipment).
- The telescopic beam can only move forward or backward if the operator presses either a forward button or a backward button. If the operator releases any of these buttons, the beam stops immediately.
- Built-in safety collision sensor (stops the telescopic beam immediately when activated)
