We will clearly define and communicate the roles, responsibilities, and authority of each team and individual, regardless of their position in the matrix structure. This clarity will support effective decision-making and accountability.
Process ownership
Each major process will have a designated owner who is responsible for managing and optimising the process across different functions and reporting lines. Process owners will ensure that processes are aligned with organisational goals and are executed consistently.
Cross-functional collaboration
We will foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across different functions. Regular cross-functional meetings and shared platforms will be utilised to ensure alignment and facilitate seamless process integration.
Standardisation and documentation
Critical business processes will be standardised and documented to ensure consistency and quality. Documentation will include detailed process maps and guidelines that are accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
Continuous improvement
We commit to a continual review and improvement of business processes. This will involve collecting feedback from all levels of the organisation, analysing process performance data, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Training and development
We will provide ongoing training and support to our employees to ensure they understand our BPM framework and are equipped to contribute effectively. This includes training on process management tools, best practices, and change management.
Technology utilisation
We will leverage appropriate technology solutions to automate processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance data-driven decision-making. This includes the use of BPM software that supports workflow management and process optimisation.
This policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements. It reflects our commitment to operational excellence and our strategic use of the matrix structure to foster agility and responsiveness.

As a company that develops, manufactures, and operates equipment that in many cases is located in hazardous zones or uses hazardous materials, we can and will not compromise when it comes to safety. And that extends to our own internal working procedures as well.

With the Speak Up service (a whistleblower arrangement), we encourage all employees at MAKEEN Energy to come forward if they know of or suspect any actions that violate the law, our code of conduct or the organisational policies.
