The electronically controlled body leak detector BLD is designed with a rotating platform for stationary installation on the floor, with a connection to a chain conveyor system via automatic inlet and outlet units. And the BLD is equipped with many full-body LPG cylinder leak testing units.
The BLD is fully automatic, and each leak testing unit performs a leak test (identifies the actual leak rate) on the full cylinder body with MAKEEN Energy’s unique infrared leak test tube CIR-T. The test result is compared to a preset permitted maximum leak rate according to applicable norm/legislation to approve or reject LPG cylinders. The leak test is only possible if the cylinder contains LP gas.
