Student Strategy Coordinator

MAKEEN Energy is currently looking for a motivated and organized student worker to join our team as Student Strategy Coordinator. MAKEEN Energy is a dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to driving strategic initiatives that foster growth and innovation. As Student Strategy Coordinator you will assist the management in coordinating and facilitating strategic planning activities to ensure that our strategic goals are met efficiently. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic management.

Key responsibilities in the role

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning meetings and workshops
  • Support communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and KPIs and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and presentations on strategic projects
  • Other tasks related to administration, executive support and HR

Your profile and Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated person with good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. It is important to have a service-minded attitude, great communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Your background could be that you:

  • Are currently enrolled in a university program such as Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field
  • Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have experience in project coordination or strategy-related roles
