Electrical Engineer

You will be part of our Project Engineering, a global unit with highly skilled and experienced people. You will meet passion and dedication to provide our customers with the best practices, processes, and procedures. We aim for the best experience and smooth execution.

You will be involved in projects worldwide supporting our customer segments within LPG Gas Solutions and Cryogenic solutions.

You will be planning, coordinating, and communicating internally with colleagues across MAKEEN Energy working closely together with sales, planning, purchasing, project managers, supervisors, and suppliers. You will also be an important link between the customer and relevant authorities.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of controls and electrical installations for the projects. As the key electrical specialist, you will be taking up an important role in both the sales and project phases.

Supporting the sales phase, you will provide technical support to your sales colleagues and directly to customers, develop concept drawings, make price calculations, and prepare offers.

Supporting the project phase, you will prepare the final project drawings compliant with the Machinery Directive, make management descriptions, tender material, and calculations, as well as prepare and compile construction documentation for the project. Together with your procurement colleagues and the production planners, you will prepare production bases and BOMs, as well as select components and suppliers.

We will be looking for a person with a significant sense of structure, detail, and quality. You will manage many projects simultaneously and it is important for us that you have great organizational skills and enjoy a fast-changing environment.

We will also be focusing on the motivation for a customer-facing role and the capacity to provide support and advice in an open and accommodating style.

We imagine that you join with:

• A relevant technical degree, preferably with a background as an electrician or electrical technician
• Hands-on experience with controls
• Familiar with large electrical projects in an international setting
• Fluent in English and Danish in writing and speaking
• Proficient in standards and norms within electricity
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Your daily base will be at MAKEEN Energy, Alsvej 21, 8940 Randers SV, with the opportunity to work from home when needed. We work in an environment with mutual flexibility providing autonomy to plan your workday and expectations to step in during busy periods.

Occasionally this role will take you traveling up to 20 days per year to visit projects, customers, and suppliers.
